World Cricket Championship 2 win people’s choice gaming award in AatmaNirbhar Bharat Challenge

World Cricket Championship 2- WCC2 is voted as number one app in gaming category of AatmaNirbhar Bharat App Innovation Challenge. WCC2 is leading in the people’s choice awards polls grabbing the 74% of the total votes.

World Cricket Championship 2 is published by Nextwave Multimedia with more than 50 million downloads on Google Play Store. WCC-2 won the people’s choice award in gaming category by collecting a total of 6607 votes out of total 8908 votes. The game grabbed the lion’s share of 74% of total votes as compared to runner ups.

Hitwicket™ Superstars – 3D Cricket Strategy Game ranked second with 1169 votes and ScarFall: The Royale Combat ranked third with 1132 votes. Both of these games own 13% of total casted votes.

World Cricket Championship 2 is a 3D mobile cricket game with a large variety of features. The game claims to included maximum number of cricket shots in-game. The publishers have already launched a beta version of their next title named World Cricket Championship 3.

WCC2 grabbed two more awards, ranking second in Overall People’s Choice Award and third in Game Category Jury Award.

About AatmaNirbhar Bharat Challenge:

The Indian Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology partnered up with Atal Innovation Mission – Niti Aayog to launch Digital India AatmaNirbhar Bharat Innovate Challenge back in July 2020.
