xQc blasts Pokimane critics for “misogynistic” behavior

xQc has come out to blast Pokimane critics for harming the atmosphere of her stream, calling them out for toxic behavior and “misogynistic” intent.

xQc may be the last person many expect to speak up about toxicity but that didn’t stop him from calling out unjust behavior shown by some Twitch users who do not approve of Pokimane’s success as a content creator on the platform. Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys has topped the Twitch charts and made a name for herself as the most popular female streamer on Amazon’s streaming service; though there are many who believe success on Twitch comes easy for a woman, and she is a beneficiary.

Former Overwatch pro Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has addressed this issue during a live stream stating “There’s a lot of successful women out there. And they show a lot of good incentive, and they have good content,” Legitimate misogynists will say “No, they have bad content!” like when there is big Pokimane hate. “Nah bro, she’s only growing because of x, y, z.” And they will say “Content is bad, trash.”

Lengyel has never backed down from completely expressing his emotions towards a topic and this is no different. Pokimane was very appreciative of his efforts, “Thanks X, you’re a real one. Never in my wildest dreams would I imagine myself on an LSF post with xQc saying something nice about me, and most of the top comments also saying something nice about me. I slept really well last night, let’s just say that,” she said.

People who don’t approve of popular female streamers often choose to point their rage at Pokimane given her success, having nothing else to do, they spread hate and “misogynistic” comments on her chat during live streams.
