Female csgo stack Originem have been picked by up XSET Gaming, the players and organisation have confirmed.
The stack that had a successful period under the banner popular football club Besiktas will now be playing for the North American organisation. However, the stack will not be moving continents, a confusion created by an initial HLTV report that was subsequently cleared by new XSET star Michaela “mimi” Lintrup.
Originem features Julia “juliano” Kiran, an icon in the female csgo scene, and a further 3/5 of the Besiktas lineup alongside juliano. The only new player is mimi, who joined forces with the stack at the start of 2020 and have played without the support of an organisation for over a year.
The squad’s aim is to compete side-by-side the men csgo teams and prove that they can do better than what their previous results have showcased.
Their next test will come in the form of DreamHack Open in December, 2020, where they will be up against the likes of sAw and Movistar Riders.
