Map 1 Inferno

FIREDUP got off to a strong start with a pistol round victory that saw them pick up 3 rounds off the back of it. The first buy round went the way of KingPins which they used to put together a string of five rounds and eventually go 5-3 up before FIREDUP could get back on the board. Eventually, after back and forth saw the first half close in favor of KingPins with a single-round lead.

KingPins looked much better on their T side and did not let FIREDUP settle down at any point and in the end, they were able to reach 16 where FIREDUP only managed 4 more rounds. The match concluded with a 16-11 scoreline as we head to Ancient.

Map 2 Ancient

Although FIREDUP showed a solid game against RDX in Ancient however this has been KingPin’s go-to map whenever they needed a win. Starting on the T side, KingPins played a very aggressive brand of CS that did not allow FIREDUP any room to put together consecutive rounds. The first half ended with a massive 5 round lead for KingPins.

On their defense, FIREDUP weren’t allowed any more than 3 rounds as KingPins continued their stellar form in Ancient. The map closed 16-8 with a great display of teamwork and strategy from KingPins that will see them go further in the tournament.
