Dr Disrespect’s $50 million demand for Kick rejected

Speculations surrounding Dr Disrespect’s contract with Kick have finally been addressed. This comes after the well-known streamer indicated an interest in investigating new possibilities following a strange Twitch ban in 2020.

Doc rose to stardom on YouTube as a result and when Kick made an impact with its debut cast, signing famous names like xQc from Twitch under a huge $100 million deal. This action sparked rumours that Dr Disrespect might also be on his way to join the platform.

Dr Disrespect made his demands for a $50 million contract plan after the agreement with xQc. Although Dr. Disrespect’s team and the CEO of Kick are now in negotiations to come to a resolution, no definitive decision has been made as of yet.

“Doc wants fifty mil, and Doc’s not playing around with that number,” said Paulie Chianese.

“I love the Doc. I’ve watched him for years and years. I think he’s one of the most entertaining streamers in the business,” he added. “But fifty million is fifty million.”

Doc is someone all the streaming platforms like to have but the $50 Million is a big ask. Kick and Rumble are open to have him which both platforms have publicly revealed now only time will tell if Doc signs a deal with them or continues to stream on YouTube.
