Roblox Bans Kai Cenat’s Voice Chat Over AMP Fanum’s Curse in Squid Game

Twitch sensation Kai Cenat recently found himself facing a five-minute voice chat ban on Roblox during a livestream. The incident occurred while Cenat was playing a Squid Game-themed Roblox game that gained massive popularity following the release of Netflix’s Squid Game Season 2.

During the stream, Cenat was tasked with completing the iconic Dalgona cookie-cutting challenge, inspired by the first season of the show. He was joined by fellow streamer Roberto “Fanum,” who accidentally cursed while attempting the challenge.

Reacting immediately, Cenat warned, “Don’t curse. They are going to ban you, gang.” However, since the explicit language was audible through Cenat’s stream, Roblox’s automated system wrongly penalized him instead.

Roblox’s Warning Message Leaves Kai Cenat Frustrated

Roblox issued a warning message, temporarily disabling Cenat’s voice chat due to a violation of community standards. The warning read:

“We’ve temporarily turned off voice chat because you may have used language that goes against Roblox Community Standards. If this happens again, you may lose access to your account.”

The warning visibly upset Cenat, who expressed frustration at being penalized for Fanum’s words.

Fans React to the Incident—Mixed Opinions on Roblox’s Moderation

The incident quickly gained attention online, with fans finding humor in Cenat’s reaction. Verified user Ryan (@Scubaryan_) shared the clip, triggering mixed responses from viewers.

Some fans joked about Roblox’s sensitivity, while others criticized its moderation policies:

  • “Roblox just wanted to make a viral clip,” quipped one user.
  • “This whole reaction for just 5 minutes is crazy,” added another.
  • “They allow literal predators and racists, but ban this? Roblox needs better moderation,” argued a frustrated commenter.

Another notable comment emphasized the lack of human intervention in Roblox’s moderation, raising concerns about its reliance on automated systems.

Kai Cenat Joins Viral Roblox Squid Game Craze

Despite the ban, Kai Cenat isn’t the only streamer engaging with the viral Roblox Squid Game. YouTube star Darren “IShowSpeed” also streamed the game but couldn’t complete the challenges.

This wave of popularity highlights the growing trend of integrating trending themes into Roblox games, though incidents like Cenat’s ban underscore the need for better voice chat moderation.
