JapImport’s Response

While an email from Twitch suggested he could create or use another account, the platform’s guidelines on suspension evasion state otherwise.
In his words, JapImport said, “Welp, idk what to do. I’ve heard horror stories about Twitch before but this just seems so insane no one cared until I hit partner, then I get insta banned with no warning/ chance to name change.”
The JapImport incident underscores the need for clearer communication and more transparent policies from platforms like Twitch. While it’s essential to maintain community standards, it’s equally crucial to ensure that long-standing members are treated fairly and given ample opportunity to address any concerns.
